I have just started a 20 team fantasy football keeper league on CBS. The league has been paid for, and 16 owners are in and paid. I have had 4 Owners go MIA since their joining. This is the first season of the league, so all players are still available. I ask that all league fees be paid prior to draft day.
The league includes IDPs and has a unique scoring system in whichthe top scorers at each position score near the same amount of points. By this I mean that the top QB, RB, WR, K, DL, DB D/ST..etc..score relatively the same amount of points ( with the exceptions being Peyton Manning and LT who score about 30 more points than the next highest scorers overall).
The draft date is 8/12/07 at 6:00 eastern time.
Here is some more league info.
If you would like to join, email me at mailto:email@example.com
The playoffs will be run so that the top team in the AFC and NFC each get a first round bye during the first week of the Playoffs during week 14. The round in week 14 will be the next four teams with the best records regardless of division as wildcard teams. The highest overall seed will recieve the lowest remaining seed in each round.
Ties in playoff seeds will be decided in this order:
Winner of Head to Head matchup between teams invloved
Most points scored
The payout will be like this.
Super Bowl Champion recieves $500
Runner Up recieves $200
Top seed recieves $125
Number 2 seed $25
Total prize money= $850
The remaining money is put towards the $130 league fee as well as a league champion bobble head trophy($20) because everyone loves braggin rights and nothing does that better than a trophy.
Each team will have the option to keep three (3) players at the end of each season. Any three (3) players on your roster may be selcted. No draft picks will be lost as a result of keeping players.
The draft will be a snake format with a random order,
Remeber that you can trade draft picks from any round to move up/down
