Top tier WRs?

No big deal on the keeper question. My real concern is my strategy- either a top WR and a combination of upside guys or two guys from the next level (low WR1, high WR2) and then 1-2 upsiders.

I'm very high on Clayton, Edwards, VJax and believe they could all finish in the top 20, but worried that this is a stupid plan as I'm not sure any of the four remaining top tier guys (IMO) are worth the money they'll require.
