Hey Dream, Good point on reading the other thread and after doing so I have some counter points to offer. In your other thread post you ask how fair it would be for a team with good players not to have them in the playoffs? Well it seems to me that more strategy is involved in the draft process when picking players and also more of the league participates in the playoffs. It changes the approach a bit and adds an extra element of fun to the game. Those who have good playoff prediction skills would get to benefit from their picks. Also, waivers and trades become more important. I think it gets more owners in the league involved in the fun and makes for a more enjoyable experience. Payoffs are adjusted to include the additional playoff wins. Thanks.

yea i was gonna refer you to the Simmons article. It is a decent thought bcuz extra strategy would go into the draft but I don't know how you could do that or any website that allows you to do it.

There isn't a site I know of that supports but they should. It isn't that tough other than there would be a series of mini-drafts before each playoff week and the teams with the most number of wins get seeded first. That way wins during the regular season give you chance at better picks. The players from the 4 teams that don't make it go into the draft pool. I would have to maintain the draft outside the software and then manually set the rosters.
