And I think that you are out of your mind Mr I know everything better, if you wont consider his holdout as a possibility.
Even if its 1 percent chance, that he'll hold out.
You cant say for sure until he sais so.
Period.
End of debate.
He said Larry Johnson will play, and you said it's not smart to state something like that, that to me makes it sound like you are saying he won't play, like at all.
You honestly think the Chiefs are going to start the season without Larry Johnson???
The hole thing started that LJ wasnt in the top 15. So its not that he wont play the whole season. But if he'll will miss time he will drop out of the 15.
And the guy said "he will play".
So he wont miss any time.
Cause when he misses time, his not playing. I think thats obvious.
I honestly think that I dont know for sure.
So look into his situation.
What would he lose with a holdout?
Not much.
He has nothing left to prove on the field. Everybody knows what he can do.
He is not earning that much money, so holding out wont hurt him financially that much either. And his next contract will be huge.
As I see it the main issue here is that he wants respect, and rightfully so.
In the Pro world money is respect. And what he earnes compared to other top RBs is outrageous.
I useally dont like millionairs to screw things for a little more money, but this is not just about money.
LJ has a point there, and this is the only way he can force the issue.
On the other side, if Im KC why would I pay more. We got a contract with the guy.
And they know that their chances for the playoffs even with LJ are not good.
Thats why I say, I dont know for sure.
