I guess it really depends on how your league is setup. If QBs get 6 points per touchdown, then I think taking a QB in the first two rounds is justifiable. But I think only a handful of quarterbacks qualify to be drafted that highly -- Peyton Manning, Carson Palmer, Tom Brady and Drew Brees. Marc Bulger is a fringe guy, and if Donovan McNabb were coming into this season healthy he might be the second QB taken.
Like I said, I think it depends on the scoring system in the league. Obviously, if quarterbacks only receive four points (or less) per passing touchdown then there is no way I can see anyone taking a QB in the first two rounds, save maybe Peyton Manning.
I still think taking two RBs is the way to go. If you get a guy like LT or Steven Jackson this year, though, you could take a QB with your second round pick and be OK, because you would have the turn-around in a serpentine draft to grab RB2. Any other RB, though, I would try and get RB2 in the second round.
