I'm in one 16-team salary dynasty league that's going into its second season. However, it just recently expanded to 16 teams and I was one of the expansion teams, so my team is a little below par to say the least.

I am in a 16-team keeper league ... we used to only keep 4 guys year-to-year, but last year we upped it to 8 keepers, and going into this year we are keeping 10. Long story short, the first round is basically all rookies, then projects, handcuffs, best available, then kickers.
I love the larger-league format ... much more difficult when there isn't much out there via free agency. We have 24-man rosters, so the waiver-wire cupboard is really dry!
I'm in a 16 team dynasty, it was originally 12 teams, I was in year 1, dropped out, my team won year 2, and I went back as an expansion in year 3, and have been slowly building my team over the past 4 seasons. I think this is the year for me!
We keep 15, and have a 5 round draft. Most of the rookies are taken in the first couple of rounds, but there are usually a couple of veteren gems left over if you dig deep enough.

I'm in this league with him. It's definitely my toughest league, but also one of my favs.
