Should I quit my league?

Lately, I've just conceded that to get everybody to the draft, the best way to go is the late night route. My main league is drafting at 11:30 ET. Think about it, who has a conflict at this time of night? I mean, besides going out drinking? Late night weekday drafts should work for most people.

Furtunatly 3 other people from my league couldn't do that day either, so he had no option but to change it for fear of losing a third of the league, and there is no other day where I can't work around it. Thanks for the input guys
