Experienced Owner looking for new league (Philadelphia Area)

I am in the Philadelphia area and I am looking to join a new league this year.
I have never played in a dynasty/keeper league so I am also interested in trying one of these leagues.
I have been playing for about 20 years now and many guys in the league I ran lost interest so I decided to shut it down instead of looking for new owners again this year. I also would like to enjoy a season without being the commissioner.

I prefer
$50-$100 entrance leagues
Keeper or redraft
No IDP, only team DT/ST
