I already gave this a try a few months back, and well I stunk it up. But I'm bored so I thought I would try it again. It's not the best story, but as I said, I'm really bored right now
Bat triggers alarm and closes tunnel
A bat set off a fire alarm in a highway tunnel early Friday, forcing an hour-long closure and causing long delays, police said.
Police said the animal apparently landed on a smoke detector or a pipe in the tunnel - triggering a fire alarm, which automatically led to the tunnel being closed in both directions at about 4:45 a.m.
Police and fire officers searched the tunnel and surveillance camera footage for signs of a blaze, but to no avail.
After about an hour, the tunnel was reopened.
A tailback of about 800 yards built up in one direction, while cars queued for more than a mile at the tunnel's other entrance.

soxy - you're either much better at this or you blew it again I picked up on one thing that screamed Germany so if it is right you need some work for future and if it is wrong you are learning quickly grasshopper

The bold words make me think Germany while "miles" makes me think Florida. I'm gonna go with Germany.
The story was most likely written or translated by an English newspaper - hence the use of the word "queued." It would also explain the use of the word "yards" but not necessarily "mile." I'm assuming "tailback" is a colloquialism.
