Typical trade involving swapping of 1st round picks?

A few guys in our 12 team redraft league say that they will listen to offers to move down from their current drafting position. What is a standard offer for this, if say I have the 11th pick and want to move up to #2?

Would swapping 1st, 2nd, and 4th round picks be a good move?
