Expanding to a 12 team league

Postby KellosJ » Tue Aug 14, 2007 6:50 pm

We have 8 owners in a typical head-2-head sportsline.com league. $50 per owner and we need only 4 more owners for 12 total teams. 1st, 2nd and 3rd payouts, I am the commish of the league, and this is a private league...anyways let me know by posting here or send an email to:

mailto:jc@getnia.com

Once I get your email I will send you an invite...$50 is not due until September 15, 2007.

Thanks,

Josh

Constitution: We are a democratic league, but all disputable scenarios will be decided by the league commissioner. We will draft new teams every year, and our scoring system will be done in decimal, so that every yard is accounted for. Some rules may change every year, but once the rules are set in August, the rules will be used for the entirety of the year. The playoffs for the 2007 season will occur during weeks 16 and 17. Their will be three (3) division winners and one (1) wild card. The division winners will be the ones with the highest winning .pct in their division and the tiebreakers within each division will be decided in the following order:

Head-to-head matchups (W/L record)
Total Points Scored (First 16 weeks))
Power Ranking
Points Allowed

The wild card winner will be the team with the highest winning .pct that is not a division winner. Tiebreakers for the wild card will be decided in the following order:

Head-to-head matchups (W/L record)
Total Points Scored (First 16 weeks))
Power Ranking
Points Allowed

The playoffs will occur in weeks 16 and 17 and the seeding will be as follows:

#1 Division Winner vs. Team of his/her choice or Wild Card
#2 Remaining Division/Wild Card vs. Remaining Division Winner/Wild Card

The #1 division winner will be the division winner with the highest winning .pct. Tiebreakers for the #1 division winner will be decided in the following order:

Head-to-head matchups (W/L record)
