Here are the league rules for this season...need 2 more guys to complete the league now.
Draft:
• Live Draft, 8/31/07 09:00 pm ET.
• 9 Rounds, with 180 seconds between picks.
• Draft robot enabled - picks are made automatically for teams that let the clock expire.
Player Pool: AFC and NFC Players.
Positions: QB, RB, WR, TE, K and DST.
Transactions:
• Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before gametime for each player.
• Owners may set lineups.
• Transactions will lock five minutes before the first game of the week.
• Add/drops are handled by a waivers process.
• The waivers process runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• The waiver order resets after each weeks' games.
• Dropped players remain on waivers for at least 1 day(s).
• Trades are subject to a 1-day voting period, where at most 3 objections are allowed. Trades receiving more than 3 objections are sent to the commissioner for approval.
• No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 PM ET 11/14/07.

• Owners may not make trades during the offseason.
Schedule: Playoffs start in Week 16 and last for 2 Weeks.
Fees:
League Entry Fee: $50
Scoring: Head-to-Head, Points Based System.
Ties go to the team with better DPA.
Scoring based on total stats each period.
Ties in the standings are resolved in this order: Winning Percentage, Total Points.
Scoring for Offensive Categories
FG - Field Goals 3 points
Plus 2 points for a FG of 50+ Yds
FL - Fumble Lost, Including ST plays -2 points
Pa2P - Passing Two-point Conversion 2 points
PaInt - Passing Interception -2 points
PaTD - Passing TD 6 points
Plus 1 point for a PaTD of 50 to 79 Yds
Plus 2 points for a PaTD of 80 to 99 Yds
PaYd - Passing Yards 0+ PaYds = .04 points for every 1 PaYd
Plus a 2 point bonus @ 400+ PaYd
Re2P - Receiving Two-point Conversion 2 points
ReTD - Receiving TD 6 points
ReYd - Receiving Yards 0+ ReYds = .14 points for every 1 ReYd
Plus a 2 point bonus @ 200+ ReYd
Ru2P - Rushing Two-point Conversion 2 points
RuTD - Rushing TD 6 points
Plus 1 point for a RuTD of 50 to 79 Yds
Plus 2 points for a RuTD of 80 to 99 Yds
RuYd - Rushing Yards 0+ RuYds = .14 points for every 1 RuYd

4 - 9 DPAs = 11 points

15 - 20 DPAs = 6 points
21 - 27 DPAs = 3 points
28 - 99 DPAs = 1 point
DTD - Total Defensive and Special Teams TD 6 points
Int - Interceptions 2 points
SACK - Sack 1 point
STY - Safety 2 points
YDS - Yards Allowed 0 - 49 YDSs = 15 points
50 - 99 YDSs = 13 points
100 - 149 YDSs = 11 points
150 - 199 YDSs = 9 points
200 - 249 YDSs = 7 points
250 - 349 YDSs = 4 points
350 - 999 YDSs = 1 point
Constitution: We are a democratic league, but all disputable scenarios will be decided by the league commissioner. We will draft new teams every year, and our scoring system will be done in decimal, so that every yard is accounted for. Some rules may change every year, but once the rules are set in August, the rules will be used for the entirety of the year. The playoffs for the 2007 season will occur during weeks 16 and 17. Their will be three (3) division winners and one (1) wild card. The division winners will be the ones with the highest winning .pct in their division and the tiebreakers within each division will be decided in the following order:

Total Points Scored (First 16 weeks))
Power Ranking
Points Allowed
The wild card winner will be the team with the highest winning .pct that is not a division winner. Tiebreakers for the wild card will be decided in the following order:
