yikes, I didn't realize what was going on was that serious, I guess the fact that I almost passed out shoulda been a sign, but I felt so much better after spewing I didn't really think about it...but I swear I stayed as hydrated as I could, water bottle after water bottle.
If you were really drinking that much water, it might have just been a stomach virus of some sort that was worsened by the heat
. however, anytime its that hot don't fool around. Get cool, lots of water, and rest. I have had some heat exhaustion before and its not fun stuff.
doubtful, I've had a lot of them and just never throw up, and yes I said I stayed really hydrated, but I sorta lied, I mean, bands played for 30 mins a piece, so every once in a while, I'd go a full half hour without drinking, but we definitely didn't see a band every half hour, we only saw 5 bands on for one of them I was sitting on a hill drinking water, so...actually ya, I probably went a totaly of like 1 1/2 to 2 hours with out drinking, not continously and the reason only that amount of time is becuase for two of the bands we didn't stay for the whole thing...pretty scary stuff now that I'm hearing more about it.
