2 QBs for the Newbie

Postby nesssalove » Wed Aug 15, 2007 3:23 pm

Hi All,

I'm working out my strategy for my very first attempt at a fantasy team. We've got a 2 QB starting league with a flex player rather than a 3rd WR. 10 teams, 16 players per team. I'm just trying to get the order I should be drafting straight. I'm thinking RB RB QB RB or WRs TE D and K last - but since I'm theoretically going to be picking up 3 QBs total rather than just two, I'm not 100% on which round to pick the first one. Oh yeah and I'm the commissioner so any words of wisdom would be thoroughly appreciated. Any thoughts?

My first post to the "rookie" forums lands on you.

2 QB's is big for points

What draft pick are you?

Go RB RB first two picks 100%. Then I would look to get a top 6 QB. Bulger/McNabb/Brees/ might make it back to you. Then maybe 4th round WR.

I'm not big on QB's in Fantasy but you have to get a #1 locked since you start 2. Look for Romo/Rivers/Kitna in later rounds 6-8. Farve would be decent #2.

Good luck
