He's worth a look on ww during your starter's bye week, but I wouldn't draft him.

I'm letting someone else bite on him in my league. He may have a few good games, and the team may be better, but it's still Houston. With the O-line there and the fact that this is his first year it just seems too risky. He is a WR3 or WW in my opinion as well.
