Advice for league rules.

I could use some advice from you guys that have been commissioner's for a while. This is the first year of customizing the league and having our own rules. We are starting out as a redrafting league this year with 10 owners. We played with NFL.com last year under their rules. Last year we had a team that made a trade with each other because 1 owner had a RB that was out that week and instead of picking up someone off of the wavier wire they made a trade and traded back the next week. I want to make sure that stuff like that does not happen. I was wondering if any of you guys could give me a head start on some rules that ya'll have in place for your league's that I might not realize that I need to know about. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
