alright heres my leagues settings for scoring its a H2H league

Passing Yards (25 yards per point)
Passing Touchdowns (4)
Interceptions (-1)
Rushing Yards (10 yards per point)
Rushing Touchdowns (6)
Reception Yards (10 yards per point)
Reception Touchdowns (6)
Return Touchdowns (6)
2-Point Conversions (2)
Fumbles Lost (-2)
Offensive Fumble Return TD (6)
Field Goals 0-19 Yards (3)
Field Goals 20-29 Yards (3)
Field Goals 30-39 Yards (3)
Field Goals 40-49 Yards (4)
Field Goals 50+ Yards (5)
Point After Attempt Made (1)
Sack (1)
Interception (2)
Fumble Recovery (2)
Touchdown (6)
Safety (2)
Block Kick (2)
Points Allowed 0 points (10)
Points Allowed 1-6 points (7)

alright now i was watching ESPN last night and they made two comments that contradicted eachother, since a return touchdown gets me points does that mean when i draft a reggie bush or devin hester, i get his Special team touchdowns, because another guy said that when u draft a defense you get the special teams of that defense so for instance if u drafted the bears you would get hesters special team Td... I just need a bit of clarification...Thanx

Different scenarios determine the awarded points. Examples...

1) You play in a DEFENSIVE/SPECIAL TEAMS Leauge and you own Devin Hester (whos a WR now) and oh say PITTSBURGH DST. If Devin Hester scores a TD from a Kickoff or Punt Return, then the points go to CHICAGO DST. They will not be awarded to you, they will be awarded to the owner with CHICAGO DST.


2) You play in an INDIVIDUAL DEFENSIVE PLAYER (IDP) League and you own Devin Hester (WR) and he returns a kickoff or punt for a TD. Even though he's not listed as a defensive player anymore, the owner of Devin Hester would get the TD. In most leagues this is true, however some leagues have the capability to not include special teams stats with offensive/defensive stats.
