Firefighter Football League Logo & Avitar Needed

I am running a league for my fire department and have been trying to find a good league logo and avitar. Either a firefighter running with an axe in one hand and a football in the other or the matese cross with a football in the center. If someone has the means to create somethinglike this it woiuld be greatly appreciated. If it could have "AFPD Fantasy Football" on the logo it would be great.

Awesome!! The website only says it has to be 230pixels wide. I also realized it should say "Hellfighters” not AFPD Fantasy Football. I realized we named our league after the old John Wayne movie Hellfighters. The avatar I do not know I could not find a size. Please let me know if you need any more information I will continue looking for any size restraints.

i'm still working on this...I made one but can not get it down under that size with it looking good so i'm back at work...

I can give the picture you made a try the program says it will auto size and a few football pictures I used they kept their clarity. I appreciate you working on this.

I was wondering if you could shrink just the firefighter and background down to 151 pixels wide and 129 pixels tall.
