How many keepers is good for a 14 team league?...WHIR

I have it set for 3. Would 2 or 4 or more be better. WHIR, thanks.

I would 2 if it were me. 14 team league the worse teams would have some chance of picking up a decent player in the draft. If you go to 3 or 4 keepers the worse teams will always be the worst teams. You want to be fair to everyone.
