Major Draft Order Problem

I am the commissioner of a league & we drew the draft order on Sunday. The guy with the fifth pick just withdrew from the league yesterday. We draft on Saturday. We were able to find a replacement.

My Question

Should we re-draw the draft order on draft day?

or

Insert replacement at #5 and leave everyone else where they are?

(The draft order is/was a random draw)

When you drew your draft lottery, you weren't drafting for the owner, you were drafting for the franchise. The pick should stay with the franchise, no matter who owns it.

I replaced an owner this past year and the franchise the new owner inherited has the same draft position the old owner earned. That's all you can do.
