Morris has looked good. Running hard and breaking tackles. I wouldn't be surprised if he got a few touches each week, but keep in mind that Maroney hasn't really had a lot of contact this preseason and is still a little rusty. Laurence will be fine if fully healthy.
Jon Beason is looking really good for Carolina, and Dan Dierdorff is not afraid to let you know about it.
Is what New England did on the blocked field goals legal?
I known there is a rule that you can't jump on another players back or have the first guy pull blockers apart so you can have the 2nd guy shoot through the gap to block the kick. It looked to me like the two Patriots players in the back were pushing the first wave of defenders forward. Thats illegal on offense, is it illegal on defense?

L. Maroney 15 58 S. Morris 7 27
It's you.
I said looking as good as Maroney, not having comparable fantasy stats. My statement was from the perspective of someone watching the game rather than a fantasy football owner. It looked like Morris was running with intensity, breaking tackles, and picking up the tough yards, while Maroney was shying away from contact and not fighting for that extra bit. Understandable, given that it's preseason and Maroney has been limited to non-contact drills in camp.
That said, the stats sort of support my assertion, Morris' YPC about the same as Maroney's.
