HELP on fantasy helmet.

Can someone help me get rid of the box outline around the logo and shade it so it doesn't look like I did a crap job. Thanks.

do you have a pic of that helmet without the image on it...If you give me that i can do this in like 2 minutes...

Damn, the software I use makes you put a logo on it before it will let you download the helmet. Is there a way to put the logo I have below over it to cover it up?

i can clean it up it will just take me longer to do....give me till tommorrow and i will have it done...i'm working on a helmet for someone else right now..
