For future reference, we have a roster rating forum Here
-Donovan McNabb is a good quarterback but he's sort of injury prone so you're right in that you should have a backup QB on your roster.
-Torry Holt and Andre Johnson are both very good receivers, Cotchery did well last year, and I expect good things out of Curtis this year.
-LT and Bush are two very good starting RBs, especially especially especially if your league scores points per reception (PPR). Lynch and Norwood are good backups.
-Todd Heap is a stud TE and Eric Johnson showed a lot of potential in SF. I think he'll do very well in New Orleans' passing-heavy offense.
-You could do worse than Jason Hanson at kicker.
-Philadelphia was a very good defense a few years ago but this year they're borderline top 10.
The first thing you should do is make sure you don't have any free roster spots to pick up QBs after the draft. If you absolutely must cut somebody, I guess you should probably cut Eric Johnson.
Otherwise I think you have a pretty good team for a 10-team league.
