Mike bell had some injury concerns but come on....he had almost 800 total yds and 8 TD's in a year when he only got 15 or more rushing attempts in 5 games. Those are good numbers averaging 4.3 a carry. I would take this guy as a backup. How did he get moved to backup fullback? What a mess.

I'm in a 12 Team Cafe League with Henry as my RB1, and someone else already owned Bell. I grabbed Young as soon as I heard about the move (actually, I had to wait a day because AOL didn't have him in their system). Fortunately I had a crap WR I could drop for him, and it's a hand-cuff for me which gives him added value. I personally don't know anything about the guy, and for all I know Shanny will pull some crazy stunts and put him back at 4th on the depth chart in a week or so, but the RB2 in DEN always has value, and right now that's Young, so if you got a roster spot, you might as well use it...
