I had visitors from Indianapolis a couple of months ago and one of them claims that no liquor could be sold on Sundays in Indiana.

Makes a lot of sense for a state with the biggest drunk fest on a Sunday ever created by man (Indy 500)...

same in MN... well offsale can't, you can go to bars or restaurants, but liquor stores are closed...

which makes it even crazier that MN is #3 in the nation in binge drinking
