Draft Strategy... WHIR

I have a draft tonight and I have #1 pick. Now I plan on drafting LT first and then go from there. The lineup looks like the following:
2 QBs
3 WRs
2 RBs
1 TE
1 W/T
1 W/R

Points: 1 PPR, 10 Rushing TD, 10 Passing TD, Return TD 15, 1 pt per 10 yd rushing, 1 pt per 20 yd rushing

And it's a 10 team league.. So I have 1st pick, then 20th, 21st, etc...

Now how would you guys draft? Would you go 1st round - RB, 2nd - QB, 3rd - RB, 4th - maybe WR?

I am just looking for some help on strategy...
