I'd do 1 point for every 30 or 40 yards, personally. 25 might do if it's 10 yards per point for rushing and receiving.
I played in a league with 1 point for every 20 yards rushing/receiving/returning, and Wes Welker was a top 25 WR. Seriously. I owned both Welker and Eddie Drummond. Drummond would have been startable on most other teams (not mine as I had Welker). It totally changes the experience and slants the board towards players that nobody has heard of but who are good kick return specialists.
