I don't think that is really a good idea. You don't want this idiot ruining it for everyone else.
My first option would be to find someone you DO like and trust, and hand the team to him basically as a free entry...plus then he'll have a keeper next year.
I wouldn't let either of these nimrods have the opportunity to screw up the season. If you have to, lock the roster and make it a ghost team that scores slightly less than last year's league average. I like an average that would normally cause them to win about 25% of their games. That way, the ghost team isn't an automatic win, but it isn't going to screw things up by making the playoffs or something.
