DeAngelo Williams a potential Monster in PPR???

he had a lot of catches last season, but if somehow he can get ahead of DeShaun and out of a RBBC he could be a huge steal, especially in PPR. I love DeAngelo this season and I still think he could be the best RB to come out of a RBBC, even though Peterson blew up this past week. Anyone else feel this way about DeAngelo?

Considering he went before deshaun in most drafts, I'd much rather have foster. He looks way more promising and had a better outing.

As a Williams owner in more than a few leagues I was IMMENSELY discouraged by Week 1. I (and many others) had high hopes for him this year, but either Fox knows something we don't or he's a friggin' idiot, because Williams was a complete non-factor. I know it's only one week, but if that one week is any indication DeAngelo is going to be a HUGE bust barring an injury to Foster.

Can you really call him a BUST! Can you really even call and RB taken after the 6th or 7th round a BUST?

It was discouraging for Williams owners to see Deangelo not get many touches until the 4th quarter of that game. He definetly has the potential to breakout this year but we are going to have to wait until either Foster gets hurt or doesn't produce. Carolina did bring in a new OC this year and he installed the same offense Williams ran at Memphis. They also said during the preseason they really wanted to get Deangelo more involved in the passing game. We'll see.

Fact is Fox likes Foster. He's going to use those guys the same way he used them last year. Foster will start and probably get more carries depending on the situation. If the Panthers can establish a running game Foster will be used more. If they get behind and have to play more catch up, Williams will be used more. If things go according to plan, Williams will be used more in the latter stages of each half to keep Foster fresh and finish teams off.

Says on Yahoo! he had 55 yards in the 4th quarter, when the Rams were stacking the run. Quite impressive if Foster goes down like he usually does.
