Do you think these point projections by ESPN are accurate? They have T. Henry only puting up 8 pts at OAK. I think he will have at least 15

Oakland is a stout defense and Denver didn't fair incredbly well (0 TDs) against a injured Buffalo defense that was gutted at LB and CB during the offseason. I think Henry can do better than 8 points (assuming 8 = 80 yards) but I wouldnt be at all surprised if he's held under 10 points either.

The prediction fair, but you'd have to have an incredible backfield to warrant benching Henry.

The misleading thing about the Denver-Buffalo game is that despite scoring only 15 points, the Broncos were second in total yardage in week one with 470 yards. Putting up over 400 yards of total offense and only scoring one touchdown almost never happens, and I'd expect them to score more than they did against Buffalo despite Oakland definitely having a better defense. Not only does Denver get to play at home, but they get to play a team that allowed 36 points to Detroit.

I would start all Denver players with confidence this week. Henry could go under 8 points, but I think it's extremely unlikely.

ESPN Projections, Accurate?

Do you even need to ask?

I'm not saying in this particular case they are right or wrong...I haven't really thought about it or looked at last week's stats for Henry or Oakland. But if you are using ESPN projections to help you make decisions... %-6

There are way too many unknown factors involved in FFB for anyone to make really accurate predictions. Every site will have some guys right and some guys wrong. Trust your gut....and the Cafe ;-D
