How did score change a week later?

I won my matchup 48 to 47 on Yahoo leauge, but a week later on Saturday they changed my opponent's score to 48 as well and gave us a tie.

How did that happen and how can I find out what changed?

That happened to me last year. I had a narrow win and Yahoo changed the score and I ended up with a tie. More than likely someone got credit for something they don't normally do (a WR rushing or a RB passing) and that changed the score.

happens all the time.
to add to the poster above, a RB or WR could get a tackle which wasnt accounted for. but usually these adjustments are made a day or 2 later, not a week. the best way to find out is to probably tally the points in your head by checking their stats
