Surprise: Derek Anderson. C'mon, this guy couldn't beat out Charlie effin Frye for the starter job, then in a game against the Bengals that he's guaranteed to lose, he plays like Peyton Manning and turns the Bengal defense into pussies. A few more games like that and Brady Quinn will be asking to be traded ...

Bust: It's too early to call any player a bust, but every announcer or fan who wrote off Randy Moss is looking pretty stupid.

That game was a surprise. I do not expect similar performance out of EITHER team for the rest of the year.

LT has been slightly better and imo will get better before jackson will. brees has been a disappointment so far as well.

LT is averaging 1.9ypc through his first two games X-I

yeah but hes ran for a TD and thrown for 1 too.

and whats more important in fantasy? Yards or TDs??

LT will DEF get on track before Sjax. Losing Pace changes that offense alot. Most of LTs problems have come from the fact that theres been no room to run. AT ALL. guess thats what happens when your playing 2 of the best defs in the league to start off the year. I see LT and the Chargers line gettin back on track this sunday.

As far as suprises go(ill try to touch on some that havent been mentioned though #1 is Lamont Jordan) but how about the Lions whole offense and the fact they are 2-0 with a REAL good chance to be 3-0. Kitna's looked good and that whole prediction of 10 wins isnt looking as far fetched as it was when he first announced it.

Andre Johnson! what a breakout year this guy was having til he got injured. was seriously a couple games away from entrenching himself in the elite of WRs.

Minnesota DEF has looked great. 3 tds already, dont really care how bad of a team your playing(ATL) 3 def tds is still huge.

some personal suprises for myself - Eli Manning. did not think he would have more tds then ints after the 1st game, especially after Jacobs went down. - Edge has looked downright filthy. like a completely new man. great great news for all that snagged this guy late as I saw him in a couple drafts go real late. great value

LT hasnt done anything so far because Rivers is unable to stretch the field for him. Teams are putting 7-8 guys in the box against him. LT won't do anything as long as the rest of the offense doesnt help him out. Thats being said I think that they will pull it together this weekend and go off on Green Bay. Although it could be a couple of weeks before they do.

he has a real good chance to go 3-0?? against an angry eagles team, playing at home and looking to get the ball rolling??? i would hardly call that a REAL good chance, i would say it's going to be a struggle to say the least.

I don't really see how that's a change. ;-)
