Team Manager quits

I'm the commish in a standard Yahoo league (not a plus league) and we had a member quit on us. I would like to award the team to someone who is willing to participate in order to keep the competitive fairness of theleague. Does anyone know how to add or change mangers in a yahoo league. i cannot find a way through the commissioner tools.

I don't think you can do it. You will want to lock the roster from making roster changes though (so they doesnt come back in and cut all the players they can) and then figure out how you are going to handle setting the lineup each weak and make sure the league knows that is how it will be played out. They don't all need to agree with how you handle it in terms of how the lineup will be entered but figure out how you will do it and keep it consistent - even for when you play that team. Don't trade with them or allow them any roster pickups etc though.
