NFL Team & Fantasy Depth Charts

Does this chart system hold any credence. Its a weekly updated depth chart for all NFL teams. It shows the calculation fantasy depth and "real"? team depth chart.

I'm curious what people think about this before i keep basing some of my decisions on it.

For instance, in Atlanta it shows that Roddy White has moved up the actual team depth chart to the #1 WR position. It also puts James Jones at #2, which may be true, but i though Greg Jennings was the #2 despite being injured.

I've watched this change over time and it seems pretty accurate, but do teams really update their depth charts and make it public
