No i didn't. You and raff did on page one. and a different mod (obviously not me because I wasn't a mod at that time) had to edit both of your posts. Posting links to those sites is on a thin line towards advocating and advertising it.

Posting links to sites where illegal downloading happens is advertising it. Due to it being illegal, we don't allow such things.

This thread is toast.

Here are mine:

FBC. B-)

Yahoo Fantasy Baseball (when it's in season of course)
Fantasy Premier League
London Times Fantasy Soccer
Yahoo Fantasy Premiership, La Liga, Serie A
ESPN Fantasy Soccer (only for the Champions League game)

Gmail

Youtube
Revver
Veoh
Daily Motion
Joost

Google News
BBC
London Times

Stumbleupon
Digg
Thoof

BigSoccer
ESPN
ESPN Soccernet
Sky Sports
Footytube
Marca
Goal

Pro Wrestling Torch

Slashdot
TechCrunch
Valleywag
CNET
Download.com
Gamespot

Now, I don't visit all these sites daily, but pretty much on a 4-5 days a week basis, safe to say. I usually can't live without my tech blogs, soccer news, and video sites, especially Youtube and Footytube. So, I use those all the time. At work, we have our Oracle database, which I frequent every work day and a few other back-end sites.

I just don't understand what the big deal is. I mean this is a site about gambling. And don't even try to detest that FF isn't gambling. Most of the leagues on here or talked about on here are money leagues. Either way I've seen many iffy things posted about on here that havent had mod interference (ie the "IM DRUNK SUCKAZ" thread..nuff said) I dont understand why my posts have been edited and not others.

Im not trying to be difficult or a jerk, I just dont understand why we everyone is so conservative as far as language/post content etc. This is the internet and most of us are adults.

[/rant]

EDIT:I dont want to derail this thread to much so consider this dropped. I may start a thread on this subject, I may not.

Wow, sites that I visit on a daily basis...

The Cafe (duh!)
NFL.com (can't live without it)
IMDB.com (the greatest movie site of all time)
Ebay.com (cause, I still have football card sets to fill)
Colts.com (honestly, one of the most frequently updated football team sites)
DuranDuran.com (new album comes out in less than one month!)

That's about it!

Yep. I tried to resurrect, but it went off topic once more. It appears as it won't again. However, I'm not taking that chance that someone won't come in, read some of the posts, and revitalize the argument that appears to have stalled.

Not to continue this since it's locked and over, but one big thing to point out:

schismatized wrote:I mean this is a site about gambling. And don't even try to detest that FF isn't gambling. Most of the leagues on here or talked about on here are money leagues.

Money leagues are not gambling. Already been decided by the courts.

The large majority of fantasy leagues (and it's not anywhere remotely close) are 100% free.

A whole world of difference in fantasy football and illegally downloading movies. Absurd to even consider comparing the two.
