How do you post photos in messages? I've always wondered this, but never really took the time to ask.

A) Find a photo you want to post.

B) Right-click and choose Properties. Copy the URL location of the photo.

C) Go to PhotoBucket or ImageShack and paste the URL into their interface (you'll need a free account if you don't have one).

D) The hosting service will then load the picture and give you a code. Copy the code, then paste it into your post.

The code will look something like this:

Code: Select all: [IMG]http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r237/knapplc/1140952208_b2abda2030_o.jpg[/IMG]

That allows you to post this:

Where does this photo have to be? I tried right-clicking on it on my Photoshop elements program and did not have the option for properties.

Now that's flexible! 8-o

Warpigs, go here:

http://www.imageshack.us/

Click "browse", doubleclick the picture, click "host it", and they will give you a link. Then post that link between the [img] tags here. ;-D

Unless the image isn't saved on your machine. If that's the case, save the image and then do those steps. And you can delete the image off your machine after posting it up. ;-D

They don't make you do that anymore. You can actually just get the image URL from the website, then post that into the URL uploader-thingy on Imageshack and it loads it that way. It saves you from having to download it to your machine, then upload it back to the host.

Maybe it will help if you have a visual.

I like Photobucket.com myself, go there and set up a free account.

Then say you find a pick of Jessica Alba online and wanna post it...

Then go to Photobucket.com....

Then scroll down to your pic...

Then come back here and paste that code in your post....

Presto!!!! Pic of hottie Jessica Alba! :-b
