Ski? Snowboard? Anybody else getting stoked for the season

Earlier this month I booked a trip to Whistler in January with a bunch of friends. I am SUPER psyched to finally ski the best resort in the world. Can't wait!

BC is an amazing place to ski, I have been out there 3 times (Silverstar, Panorama, Big White, and Sun Peaks) and every time I am just blown away (used to skiing on the ice in Ontario/Quebec, most Tremblant) by the amount of snow and the length of the runs. I can't wait until it starts to snow around here, I am getting giddy just thinking about it.

Good call on Whistler in January, if you went at on of the busy periods (Christmas/NY, Reading week, March Break) you would end up waiting in lines all day, but it should be great when you are headed there.

Off to Willamette Pass in a few minutes.

We're doing the 12:30-9:00pm thing. I haven't been night-skiing in
a looooong time and my son has never been, so I'm pretty jazzed!

Haha, I forget how nice the BC area is for snowboarding/skiing.

There are some real close local mountains aswell that are actually pretty decent (Probably better than anything you guys got )

Sun Peaks is awesome though, I've always found Whistler was waaaaaaaaay too packed.

Sun Peaks is alot less populated and the lines are short.

I prefer Sun Peaks over Whistler, but they're both nice mountains.
