Dayne has been a nice guy on my bench this year. But with Green back today, he was inactive and Gado was picking up second string duties.
What's the deal here? Is he injured? Unnecessary?
Any info would be great.
Thanks, fershizzle

Sorry, I just spotted the first Dayne post. Cancel this one, but someone needs to please explain why Dayne is inactive. No injury is obvious.

But his going inactive without an obvious injury implies a change in the depth chart. When Green went out, Dayne was the number 2. Now, with Green back it looks like Dayne is the number 3 behind Gado. Usually a change in the depth chart warrants comment by the coach and media. I can't find one.
