If she looks 18 and says she's 18, she's 15.

If she looks 25 and says she's 21, she's 30.

my neighbor is 40+ (Coolest 40+ guy I've ever met, he's like a 21 year old in a 40 something year old's body) and he sits around with us guys, he's just totally awesome like that. (please note our drinking rule)
