Another big win for LSU.

I really enjoyed the more balanced offense. I must say Flynn looked impressive. I loved Doucet's play. This was one of the first games I could just set back and enjoy. I felt very confident that LSU was going to win the game on the last drive.

Miles has some questionable calls at the end of these games but so far it has paid off. I think he played too conservative against Kentucky and they lost.

I can take the LSU baghead off and don't even have to put the Saints baghead on until after the Saints find a way to blow the game against the Falcons.

Not much to say but Go Ducks. I don't like that Washington hung around like they did but the outcome was good. J. Stewart was a beast 31 carries for 251 yards and 2 TDs another 20 receiving yards...nice night. Andre Crenshaw had a very good day stepping in for Jeremiah Johnson with 16 carries for 113 yards and 2 TDs. And Dixon did enough to manage a win, not Heisman numbers compared to the rest of the field today but respectable 19/30 for 196 yards 1 TD 1 INT, plus 12 rushes for 99 yards and a TD.

I'll take it.

Talk about lucky.

I was at the LSU-Auburn game last night, and the go-ahead LSU touchdown with one second left came right toward me. Great catch, great throw.

But talk about lucky. If he does not catch that ball, I bet the clock runs out and LSU loses that game. Bad clock management all game by the Tigers, blowing time-outs left and right, and then NOT using one with the clock running out near the end of the game.

But hey, LSU fans sure will take it!

If Auburn wins (they just took the lead w/ 4 mins left) does anyone consider them the best team in the land?

No need to worry about that debate, but I think it's safe to say that they're one of the most improved teams in the country. To be able to go to the Swamp and into Tiger stadium and give those teams a tough game warrants some praise. Them winning in the Swamp was huge.
