Who Will Be 2008 Titans Featureback?

Does this team believe LenDale White is the future?

It's tough to say at this point because we haven't seen a whole lot of Chris Henry yet. Lendale has not been great this season as you can see by his YPC (3.3), but he has been great in the Redzone and finishes runs very well. The main problem is that he lacks a burst and has a very hard time making guys miss. This is what Henry does well. Personally, I see a split backfield between Lendale and Henry next year, as a thunder and lightning deal. Chris Brown may be back and is effective, but I get the feeling people are getting tired of him being such a candy a$$ and getting hurt all the time.

Thanks for this information. Much appreciated. I'm feeling the same way that White is a split-carry back heading into the future. I'm in a keeper league, last place, and have an expensive Steven Jackson due back shortly. LenDale is the cheapest of the keeper backs I may be able to secure, the rest being priced half way between LenDale (1 point) and Jackson (106 points).

If he was good chance feature-back next year, it'd be a no-brainer.

i'm thinking lendale would be the featured guy, chris brown is nothing special and i'm not sure but i think he's in a contract year. We still haven't seen what c. henry can do. It'll probably be a platoon again next year

I think this is LenDale White's job until further notice. He is going to have to grow -- no pun intended -- into the role, but he has been very good near the goal line for sure. He needs to get in better shape before next season, but I think it will be his job alone next year.

No way the Titans look for another RB in the draft. I'd think they'd go for a WR first.

I see the same thing happening.

Not great for fantasy but should be best for the team.

He'll have some team's draft. Hopefully the packers. Easy transition in terms of uniform. Definitely a reason to pick a guy.
