changing cant cut for r brown

since ronnie brown is now out for the season, but not yet removed from teh cant cut list for yahoo, is it ok for me, the commish, to change the settings to allow him to drop brown, then change it back?

yahoo allows teh commish to change teh cant cut list from yahoo to none and back.

teh owner has asked me to do this

and when does the player in this situation usually get removed from teh cant cut list

Yahoo has already updated their can't cut list and he is no longer on it.
