Is it just me, or did not Anquan Boldin thow an interception on the Cardinal 2-point conversion attempt? I swear I saw that with my own two eyes. Yet, nowhere are the stats showing that. Looks like maybe it just cost me my office league game this week!
That kinda sucks if it does not count, because if he would have been successful making the 2-pt conversion, that would have counted as a completion and, at least in our league, he would have scored 2 pts. Seems like ya should not be able to score points without the downside risk.
Whisenhunt said the Cardinals had planned all game to use Rattay in goal-line situations because Warner's bulky brace made it difficult to work in tight quarters. The second surprise came when the shotgun snap on the 2-point conversion went straight to receiver Anquan Boldin, who scrambled to the right, found nowhere to run and threw feebly toward Larry Fitzgerald. Landry caught the ball instead.
I don't know why this doesn't count. This is technically an interception and can't he return it to the other endzone and cash in for 2pts?

No, the defense cannot score on any conversion attempt (PAT or 2-pt) in the NFL.

I wish it was complete. Would have been a passing 2pt conversion and added 2 points to his total for me in one of my leagues.
Was a cool play, I wanted to see him attempt to throw it to Rattay, he put a nice move on Smoot on the near side of the field, but it was a run first designed play and Boldin only attempted to pass when there were no lanes to run.
