No, the defense cannot score on any conversion attempt (PAT or 2-pt) in the NFL.

NFL Rulebook wrote:The defensive team never can score on a try. As soon as defense gets possession or the kick is blocked or a touchdown is not scored, the try is over.

it would not count as a completion for him either. 2 points would have gone on the board though. The others are right. that INT doesn't count in the NFL or in Fantasy.
