Possibility of SD game being postponed?

Have been hearing rumors about the NFL possibly postponing the SDvsHouston game this week. Anyone hear anything else yet? I know I can't go without Ladainian this week

Hmm, the game could probably easily be played somewhere other than Qualcomm, some college field or something.

I don't know how many Chargers staff have been personally effected by the storm but I've heard Gates and Tomlinson had to leave their homes.

A week off for them to tend to their families and keep tabs on their houses and the whole deal would be totally understandable. But then what? The NFL would have to reschedule the game, no? Maybe push the game back a day or two or something and play it in Tempe on Monday? OR just tack the game on to the end of the season?

Looks like the Chargers bye came a week too early.

I do not think it will be postponed per se, but it may not be on Sunday. They were going to try and play at Arizona State on Sunday, but the stadium is scheduled for some other event. I could see them moving the game up to Saturday or move it back to Monday.

Heck, maybe they should send the teams overseas and let them play a double-header in London. Or they could go and play in Miami. Plenty of options and I am sure the NFL is exploring every possibility.

There has been talk of moving the game to Phoenix or Dallas, not postponing it.
