Pull your pants up when in Dallas

I don't know that I really like the fact of police forcing people to pull their pants up or fining them for it. However, if its obscene (read CRACK!) then its an entirely different situation IMO. Working at the airport, you see a lot of people coming through every day and you definitely see some obscene dressing. I think if you are showing your crack around, then yeah, you should be forced to change something. That's just nasty.
