Trade Advice Please

What do you think of this trade? 10 team league. 1 QB, 3 WR every week.

Team A(1-6) gives up
P. Manning
H. Ward

Team B(4-3) gives up
D. McNabb
T. Holt
D. Mason

Team A is desperate for WR's as we have to start 3 every week but I don't think he's getting enough for Manning. I don't like to veto trades as I know all of the managers very well and do not suspect collusion but it seems lopsided in favor of Team B. What do you think? Enough to veto?

Looks ok to me. Especially when you consider how Manning has a history of folding at the end of the season for fantasy teams.

I wouldn't do it if I were Team A, but there is certainly nothing wrong with the trade.
