Did anyone see Tampa's blocked punt?

(1:51) 3-A.Podlesh punts 20 yards to JAC 30, Center-88-J.Zelenka, downed by JAC-23-J.Fudge. Punt deflected by 85-M. Stovall

They counted it as a block at first and then took it away. Any chance they change it back to a block? :-o

a buc player hit the ball but it still went forward about 20-30 yards... so maybe that doesnt count... it was more of a "tipped punt"
