that's the point of trading...that and filling in spots you need...to see if you can make a move...i got larry fitz and edge for steve smith and chambers...i already had boldin on my team but made the trade anyways bc larry fitz had the name recognition and the points so i kept both of them til i could capitalize on a trade...now my team is stacked

which is definately true, every owner has a different feel, when it is a flavor of the week type thing going on with a guy, or buy low sell high, they dont always bite, and its alot harder to trade with certain owners in leagues then others

I like to play in leagues were people are open to trading. I know you win some and you lose some but it just makes the league more enjoyable.

I traded for L. Jordan earlier in the season. He looked good and I felt like it was worth the risk. I ended up trading C. Brown and R. Curry for Jordan. Even though Jordan has started to lose some value I still feel like the trade was worth the risk.

The thing I notice most, is people don't want to trade with someone they deem as smart or fantasy savy, because even if the deal looks good for them, they feel like in the end they are going to get screwed by it.

Basically the better player you are, the harder it is to trade, because a lot of people are just skerd.

I'm always down to trade because:
a) It's fun.....one of the most fun parts about playing fantasy anything; and
b) I feel like in most situations, both teams can benefit by a trade.

good points, there are alot of times owners try to trade to owners who they feel like they can talk their way into a deal good for them, but im with you, its one of the most interesting parts about fantasy, and im also the type who will give up talent or good players in a trade if I feel like im getting better, ill just live and die by it, but I feel like I can always keep making trades to make my team alot stronger then what I drafted

I rarely, if ever, make trades, mainly because I just don't have time during the season because of the number of leagues I have combining with school work. If I feel like the team I have can be competitive if I swap some talent at one position for talent at another, then I'll make some deals, but other than that, I don't do much.

Some owners seem addicted to trading and trade just for the sake of trading.
