Still don't consider any rolls to be sushi.
it's definatley not traditonal, when i was in Japan for work the place i ate at didnt have them...i think the large cone shaped hand rolls are traditional though...sometimes i like to just go the sashimi route too
damn...now i wants me some sushi...i had Benihana on Friday but the grill side Chateaubriand (sp? - or for those who dont know it's center-cut tenderloin, basically a higher end fliet mignon), Lobster and Scallops
funny note on the whole cheese thing, i was reading an online review of a fairly nice steakhouse in my area and someone said their lobster tail came covered with a slice of American cheese...it was a hoax but my buddy and i joke about it anytime someone mentions lobster tail
