I am just getting my butt kicked this year, after making it to the championship game the previous two years. It seems that my opponent alyways seems to be one of the league's top scorers whichever week they play me.
I am 3-7, in last place after this week, despite having the highest point total, with the next team being 60 points behind. What's worse, I only have the fewest division wins, despite me division being the weakest one.
QB - Favre, Bulger RB - A Peterson, L Johnson, T Henry, K Jones, S Young , J Norwood WR - T Holt, B Marshall, Calvin Johnson, DJ Hackett, D Mason TE - O Daniels, Greg Olsen K - N Folk D/ST - PIT, BUF
How did this happen with that team? Anybody else have a worse recird with a better roster? Cause I think I take the cake.
It's time to put down the crack-pipe and step away from the keyboard.
I started the season slow and built my team up and am 4 - 6 with my loss this week but still holding onto the last playoff spot, thanks to having the 2nd MOST POINTS in the league. I just traded away Plax and Fitz for Moss and James Jones, managed to buy low on Jessie Chatman this week and looks like he will be able to fill in for Adrian Peterson for however long he is out... so without further ado my 2007 team
(12 Team League) 4 - 6, Second Most Points, Second Highest Points Against, traded many picks from next years draft
QB Peyton Manning RB Adrian Peterson RB Kevin Jones WR Randy Moss WR Donald Driver WR Derick Mason TE Antonio Gates K Jeff Reed DEF Indy/DET
Started the season with QB Peyton Manning RB Adrian Peterson RB Cedric Benson WR Fitz WR Bruce WR Mushin TE Gates
I'll be 4 and 6 with securing the win tonight. I started out 0-4 w/ Bulger, Westbrook, Deuce, Evans & Welker in the line up. I only have 6 players from draft day still on my roster. Since Week 5 I've gone 4-2, with the two losses against the top scores in the league. On the bright side i've beaten the first place team from each division.

In one league I'm in, I'm in 9th out of 10 (had #8 pick):
Tony Romo (Dal - QB) T.J. Houshmandzadeh (Cin - WR) David Patten (NO - WR) Clinton Portis (Was - RB) Frank Gore (SF - RB) Kellen Winslow (Cle - TE) Willie Parker (Pit - RB) Donald Driver (GB - WR) Donte' Stallworth (NE - WR) Ryan Grant (GB - RB) Vernon Davis (SF - TE) Patrick Crayton (Dal - WR)
I drafted but dropped Deion Branch, Mark Clayton, Julius Jones, Brandon Jackson, and Isaac Bruce. I loved my team on paper to start the season. I feel like I was hit by a truck and didn't see it coming.
